Adama has over 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, supporting the design and delivery of strategic planning and lifecycle management engagements for pharmaceutical clients. Adama has strong expertise in tailoring solutions to support robust strategy development and decision-making, including supporting design and delivery of workstreams focused on lifecycle optimization, evidence planning, portfolio strategy and strategic planning across a range of therapeutic areas.
Adama joined Align Strategy following her experience as a Consultant at Eradigm Consulting, where she developed expertise in pricing, reimbursement and market access strategy, competitive intelligence and market landscape assessments across a range of therapeutic areas. Prior to her consulting career, Adama worked as a pharmacist, supporting patients and healthcare professionals across both hospital and community care settings.
Adama holds a MSc in Drug Discovery and Pharma Management from the University College London and a BPharm from the University of Manitoba in Canada.
Outside of work hours, Adama enjoys playing board games and football, as well as exploring London’s acclaimed dining scene.
