Brianna has been supporting strategy building and strategic decision-making in the healthcare industry for over ten years. She has served as a thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders from a wide range of leading pharmaceutical companies to deliver insights, offer strategic guidance, and facilitate aligned decision-making. She focuses in particular on launch and lifecycle strategy for early-stage assets.

Prior to joining Align Strategy in 2020, Brianna was a member of the consulting team at Decision Resources Group, where she specialized in commercial opportunity evaluation for early-stage assets, portfolio optimisation, and global pricing and market access strategy.

Brianna holds an MSc in Biotechnology and Enterprise from the University of Manchester and a BSc in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Brianna’s passion for problem-solving extends into her free time, during which she can often be found playing strategic board games. She also enjoys attending rock concerts and exploring the world through travel with her family.
