Jess has over three years’ experience in the life sciences industry. Prior to joining Align Strategy, Jess spent ~3 years at Avalere Health, where she worked across consulting, medical affairs, and global marketing strategy roles. She partnered with global and regional pharmaceutical clients across Oncology, Ophthalmology, Neurology and Respiratory Medicine, supporting a range of strategic engagements including competitive landscape assessments, launch planning, and the development of evidence-based brand and portfolio strategies.

Jess holds an MSc in International Health Management from Imperial College London and a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from Durham University.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys reading, exploring new places through trail and road running, and painting portraits.
