Julia has over 3 years’ experience working in life sciences consulting. Prior to joining Align Strategy, Julia was a member of the consulting team at Prescient Healthcare Group, where she gained experience in competitive landscape analysis including company profiling, clinical landscaping, product positioning and strategy, pipeline assessment, launch estimation, patient journey mapping and commercial and launch strategies, leading decision support engagements for the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies. Julia has expertise across various therapeutic areas including oncology, hematology, immunology and rare diseases.

Julia holds a PhD in Translational and Clinical Research from Newcastle University, during which her research was focused on discovering mechanisms behind liver inflammation and hepatocellular carcinoma. Julia also holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from University College London.

In her spare time, Julia enjoys latin dancing, swimming, skiing, trying new activities and travelling around the world.
