Naomi Brooks has over six years’ experience supporting pharmaceutical and healthcare clients across EU, US, and global teams. Naomi is a WPP Health Fellowship alumnus and, prior to joining Align Strategy, held strategy and planning roles at Ogilvy Health and Lucid Group, where she partnered with clients across medical, commercial, and marketing functions.
She has delivered projects spanning communications strategy, audience behavior change, and competitive landscape assessment. Naomi brings expertise in translating research and insights into strategic implications, developing compelling narratives, and supporting stakeholder engagement to drive alignment and inform senior decision-making.
Naomi holds an MSci (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham, including a year at MSD focused on pharmaceutical development and regulatory standards.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys getting lost in a good book, exploring creative writing, and discovering new restaurants.
